All our products are new , checked and carefully stored in our shop in Toulouse.

Yes, you can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is new, unworn, and in its original packaging . Discounted watches cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To extend the lifespan of your watch:

  • Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or prolonged humidity (unless it is specifically designed for diving).
  • Clean it regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Have your watch serviced every 5 to 8 years by a professional watchmaker.
  • For waterproof watches, have the water resistance checked every 2 to 4 years.

Yes, we deliver to many countries around the world.

When you place your order, the available delivery options for your destination will be displayed. Delivery costs and times vary depending on the country.


You benefit from free international delivery for any order over 300 euros.

A fast delivery option (24 to 48 hours) can be selected before the payment phase to receive your watch as quickly as possible.

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier selected.

In general, for models in stock:
- France: 2 to 5 working days .
- Europe: 3 to 7 working days .
- International: 5 to 15 working days .
You will receive a tracking number to track the status of your order.

All the watches we offer come with a manufacturer's warranty, with a minimum of 2 years , extending up to 5 years for certain in-house models (particularly from Yema).

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but excludes normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or unauthorized interventions.
