The Initial Day/Night is powered by an automatic Citizen Miyota 82S7 caliber (21 jewels, 4 Hz, ~40h power reserve, -20/+40 s/d accuracy), integrating hours, minutes, small seconds at 4 o'clock, and a day/night indicator at 9 o'clock, with the balance wheel opening visible at 7 o'clock.

The case, with a thickness of 10.2mm (including crystal) and a 46mm lug-to-lug, is topped with a domed, anti-reflective sapphire crystal and features a screw-down transparent case back. It is water-resistant to 3 ATM (30m).

Delivered on a leather or integrated steel strap, tool-free interchangeable 20mm, with a buckle signed "Charlie".
