The AV86 (formerly About Vintage) 956 Marine Automatic Seconde/Seconde/ is a limited edition born from the collaboration between the Danish brand AV86 and the French watch artist seconde/seconde (Romaric André). This watch combines the elegance of Scandinavian design with a bold artistic touch.

Its 41mm 316L stainless steel case houses a textured dial reminiscent of both a hammered shield and sea waves, a symbol of the Viking and maritime inspiration behind this model. The domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating protects the dial, while the crown positioned at 2 o'clock adds a subtle touch of originality. The case back is engraved with the inscription “No, Scandinavian design did not start in the 1950s,” a humorous nod to the popularity of “modern” Scandinavian design.

Equipped with the Japanese Miyota 8215 automatic movement, the 956 Marine Automatic Second/Second/ offers a power reserve of approximately 42 hours and water resistance up to 200 meters, making it suitable for light diving.
