The Charlie Paris Concordia Noire Quartz is a 38mm French sports watch designed as a true tool watch. The Charlie Concordia Noire is powered by the Seiko VH31 caliber, a Japanese "Sweep Second" quartz movement. Its second hand advances in four beats per second, creating a visually smoother motion than a conventional quartz ticking once per second.

Finally, the Charlie Paris Concordia Noire features a screw-down crown, a screw-down steel case back engraved with "Objectif Pôle Sud" (South Pole Objective), and a tool-free interchangeable 20 mm strap.
