This LIP Nautic-Fantôme is an authentic dive watch, designed for enthusiasts who demand discretion, robustness, and precision in the most extreme environments.
The case of the LIP Nautic-Fantôme is a super-compressor type, made of sandblasted 316L stainless steel, with a full matte black PVD coating that eliminates all reflections and gives the whole piece an absolutely radical visual coherence. Its 41 mm diameter and 101-gram weight ensure a strong presence without excessive bulk. As with any self-respecting LIP Nautic-Ski, the two oversized screw-down crowns facilitate handling even with gloves, and one of them activates the internal rotating bezel for precise dive time calculation.
The matte black dial of the LIP Nautic-Fantôme is directly inspired by the original 1967 Nautic Automatic: painted numeral indices and an arrow-shaped minute hand, immediately recognizable visual signatures of the LIP Nautic-Ski. The luminous white baton indices and Arabic numerals in Super LumiNova and the luminous silver hands guarantee perfect legibility even at great depths and in low-light conditions. The anti-reflective treated double-domed sapphire crystal further enhances this uncompromising legibility.
