Venezianico Nereide GMT 39mm: Traveling Diver, Nereide Spirit

The Nereide GMT revisits Venezianico's iconic dive model by adding a practical GMT complication for travelers. The compact 39mm case (45.5mm lug-to-lug, 13.3mm thick) retains the marine spirit while remaining elegant and easy to wear daily.

It is equipped with a Seiko NH34A automatic GMT movement (24 jewels, 21,600 A/h) with independent 24h hand adjustment, practical frequency, and a power reserve of approximately 41h, a rare option under €700.

The 316L stainless steel case is protected by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal; the 120-click unidirectional BK7 crystal bezel has a beautiful mirror effect. Water resistance is 200m, with a screw-down crown and case back, the latter finely illustrating the adoption of time zones around the globe.

The sunray dial highlights the applied indices and hands charged with BGW9 Super-LumiNova®, ensuring excellent legibility, even at night.

Delivered on a “Canova” steel bracelet or an optional rubber strap, both interchangeable without tools, the watch offers excellent comfort – even if some regret the absence of micro-adjustment or an advanced butterfly clasp.
