The new Yema Yachtingraf Seconde/Seconde features the iconic 38.5 mm case of the “Croisière” model, launched in the 1960s. This meca-quartz reinterpretation is distinguished by a black dial contrasted by red, white and blue “graffiti” touches, evoking street art while retaining the nautical spirit of the original yacht timer.

It incorporates the Seiko VK63 meca-quartz movement, combining quartz precision and mechanical feel: smooth chronograph seconds hand, chronograph module with instant return, and accuracy of ±20 s per month.

The 316L stainless steel case measures 38.5 mm in diameter, 46 mm between the lugs, and is 12.3 mm thick, protected by a double-domed Hesalite crystal. It offers a reliable water resistance of 100 m, true to its nautical heritage.

The chronograph pushers evoke spray paint nozzles, a creative and humorous signature. The steel case back is engraved with the quote: "Cruising, my muse," a nod to the spirit of the voyage.

Delivered on a 19mm black tropic rubber strap with pin buckle, this Yachtingraf combines bold style, vintage references and technical modernity.

Who is Seconde/Seconde?

Seconde/Seconde is the pseudonym of Romaric André, a French artist known for his watch reinterpretations: he replaces the original hands with striking graphic designs, often created in the Jura region. Since 2018, he has collaborated with brands such as Yema , Christopher Ward, Vulcain, About Vintage , Buci, and Perrelet, transforming classic models into playful artistic objects. He describes himself as: “I vandalize existing products, but it’s primarily about improvement.”
